Apple Announces the iPhone SE, the most affordable iPhone ever

Apple announced the New iPhone SE (AKA iPhone SE2 or iPhone 9) today at a price point that is extremely attractive. The new iPhone SE packs the same processing power of the top tier iPhone 11 Pro but for only $399.

Sure there’s a few slim sacrifices, but for users not wanting to dish out a grand for the newest iPhone this finally gives them an opportunity for that much needed upgrade.

Why buy the New iPhone SE?

The processor. It’s the same Apple A13 Bionic chip found in the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro. That means this sucker is FAST. You pay half as much but don’t lose an ounce of speed.

The home button is back. Did you miss it? The home button has been removed from almost every flagship offering. The iPhone SE brings it back along with Touch ID, the worlds fastest and most secure fingerprint sensor.

Why not to buy  the New iPhone SE?

The screen size is the same as the iPhone 8. At 4.7″ it’s small compared to the Plus and Max screens some iPhone users got used to. Additionally the New SE uses a “True Tone Retina HD” LED screen, not the OLED “Super Retina” display in the iPhone 11 Pro.
